A big week is coming up next week for members of the Providence Arbours HOA. Here’s what you need to know about two scheduled, in-person meetings.

Pre-Meeting (Grassroots Neighborhood Meeting) | Tuesday, August 11 at 6:30pm: An in-person, grassroots (non-board sponsored) Pre-Meeting is taking place at the home of a Providence Arbours HOA member. The objective is to gather and prepare for the next day’s scheduled Special Meeting of the HOA to discuss Policy Resolution #4 (Architectural Control Guidelines). Special Meeting (Official HOA Meeting) | Wednesday, August 12 from 6:45pm – 8:00pm: At the request of HOA members who delivered a Petition for Special Meeting pursuant to Article II, Section 3 of the Bylaws of the Providence Arbours Homeowners Association, the HOA Board of Directors is hosting an in-person, Special Meeting to discuss Policy Resolution #4.
