On behalf of the Providence Arbours HOA Board of Directors, Cedar Management Group emailed a notice yesterday (July 31, 2026) to all HOA members to provide Notice that a Special Meeting has been scheduled to discuss Policy Resolution #4 (Architectural Control Guidelines).

This Special Meeting is taking place at the request of HOA members who delivered a Petition for Special Meeting pursuant to Article II, Section 3 of the Bylaws of the Providence Arbours Homeowners Association. The petition was generated in response to the broadcast email sent to all HOA members on June 19, 2026 by the Board of Directors providing notice of the newly adopted Policy Resolution #4.

The Special Meeting is taking place on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 from 6:45pm – 8:00pm at Providence Presbyterian Church located at 10140 Providence Church Lane, Charlotte, NC 28277.
