Providence Arbours
A Peaceful South Charlotte Enclave in the Middle of It All

Providence Arbours is a beautiful community of 139 ranch and two-story homes nestled in south Charlotte near the intersection of Providence Road and I-485. Built in the mid-to-late 1990s, the neighborhood features mature trees, wooded lots, and a community park complete with a pavilion, playground equipment, a basketball court, and picnic tables.
The Community
Providence Arbours was primarily developed and built by two respected homebuilders: UDC (Universal Development Company) and David Weekley Homes. Interestingly, UDC considered naming the development “Belle Maison” before ultimately landing on the name Providence Arbours — a fun piece of neighborhood trivia.
The community is governed by a homeowners association that is professionally managed by Cedar Management Group, ensuring consistent standards and a well-maintained neighborhood environment.
Providence Arbours is adjacent to the Sarah Hall and Villages at Providence Arbours neighborhoods, forming a walkable and connected corner of south Charlotte.
