May 2026 Financials Now Available in Homeowner Portal

Good news for those of you who like to stay on top of the finances in Providence Arbours — the May 2026 financial reports have been posted to the Cedar Management Group Homeowner Portal as of June 17, 2026.

What’s Been Posted

Two reports are now available covering the period through May 31, 2026:

  • Balance Sheet (as of 5/31/2026)
  • Statement of Revenues & Expenses (5/1/2026 – 5/31/2026), which includes both the Current Period (May 2026) and Year-To-Date figures

How to Access the Documents

To view the May financials, log into the Cedar Management Group Homeowner Portal and navigate to:

Documents → Financials – WEB VERSION → 2026 → 05 Financials.pdf
