Tomorrow is the day to gather with your neighbors!
In follow-up to Cedar Management Group’s official October 12 email notice to HOA members, the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Providence Arbours HOA is tomorrow, Thursday, October 22, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the South Charlotte Banquet Center, 9009 Bryant Farms Rd., Charlotte, NC 28277.
What’s on the agenda?
In an October 19 email, Cedar Management Group advised HOA members that tomorrow’s meeting will include:
- Regular annual meeting business
- A discussion prompted by requests from many HOA households for a second “special meeting” concerning Policy Resolution #4 (PR4)
Please come prepared. Before the meeting, we encourage every Providence Arbours homeowner to:
- Log onto Cedar Management’s HOA portal and review the HOA financials.
- Go back to Cedar Management Group’s October 12 email and read it again, including the accompanying attachments.
These materials provide important background for tomorrow’s meeting. Reviewing them ahead of time will allow more of our limited meeting time to be spent on informed questions, discussion, and issues that matter to the community.
The board is encouraging all 139 Providence Arbours households to participate in tomorrow’s meeting. The implementation of PR4 has raised strong feelings across the neighborhood, and tomorrow’s meeting will hopefully offer a productive opportunity for those concerns to be heard and discussed together.
We encourage both the board members and community at large to do their part in fostering a productive meeting.
