Reminder: HOA Annual Meeting is Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026

In follow-up to Cedar Management Group’s official email notice to HOA members on October 12, the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Providence Arbours HOA will be held this coming Thursday, October 22, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the South Charlotte Banquet Center, 9009 Bryant Farms Rd., Charlotte, NC 28277.

So what can you expect? Cedar Management Group sent yet another email to HOA members yesterday (October 19) advising that the meeting will cover the following topics:

  • Regular annual meeting business
  • A discussion based on the request of many HOA households for a second “special meeting” to address concerns regarding Policy Resolution #4 (PR4).

The board is encouraging all 139 Providence Arbours households to participate in Thursday’s annual meeting.
