As we posted on this site on June 28, 2026, the Providence Arbours HOA had not yet posted Meeting Minutes for 2026 as of that date.

In reviewing Cedar Management Group’s Homeowner Portal for Providence Arbours today, it appears Meeting Minutes for the following months in 2026 were posted on July 7, 2026: February, March, April, May and June.

Providence Arbours is a beautiful community of 139 ranch and two-story homes located in south Charlotte near the intersection of Providence Road and I-485. The neighborhood was built in the mid-late 1990s and features mature trees, wooded lots and a community park with pavilion, playground equipment, a basketball court and picnic tables.
