NEW: Architectural Control Guidlines: Policy Resolution #4

On Friday, June 19, 2026, Cedar Management Group sent an email to all Providence Arbours Homeowners announcing the newly-adopted “Providence Arbours Architectural Control Guidelines, Policy Resolution #4” effective June 12, 2026.

We recommend the following actions in follow-up to Friday’s email:

1) Read: Read the 33-page document that was attached to the email to understand its contents and what is now required of you as a homeowner in Providence Arbours.

2) Discuss: Consider participating in the in-person Community Gathering taking place on Wednesday, June 24, by HOA members who are wanting to respectfully discuss the new Resolution. See the Providence Arbours Social group on Facebook for meeting details.
